Thank you for your interest in the LCPS Clan! Liberty City Public Services Clan is a Grand Theft Auto IV emergency responder’s role playing clan consisting of law enforcement enthusiasts of all ages. We offer realistic role playing scenarios as well as fun, friendly, and involved free patrol sessions. To join is very easy. First, all you have do is fill out an application for the department you prefer. After your application is reviewed, and you meet all of the criteria, you will be asked to participate in a brief interview. After your interview, you will either be accepted or denied. If accepted, you will gain "rookie" status and can begin patrols. After your T.O. (Training and Observation) Period, you will be promoted to Patrolmen and can begin your career with LCPS! 1.   Register for our site. You can do so by clicking "Login/Sign Up" at the top of any page. (Keep in mind you will probably not be aproved until you are accepted in the clan)

2. Next, fill out an application for the department you wish to join. You can do so by clicking here. 

3. After your application is submitted, and you meet all of the criteria, you will be asked to participate in a breif interview. From this interview you will be either accepted or denied.

4. Once accepted, you will officially be a member of the LCPS and will gain "Rookie" (Training Candidate) status. To be promoted to "Patrolmen" (regular member), you must complete at least one (1) ride along with a CTO( Certified Training Officer).

5. Once promoted to Patrolmen you can begin normal patrols and riding by yourself.
